1. Who we are

ReviewPlace ("we", "us") operates reviewplace.com and its city subdomains. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Your account

You must be at least 16 to create an account. Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for activity under your account. One person, one account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or our community guidelines.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of what you write and upload. By posting, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, reproduce and distribute that content on ReviewPlace and in material promoting it. You confirm that the content is yours to post and does not infringe anyone else's rights.

You are responsible for what you post. Reviews must reflect a genuine experience. We may remove content that breaks the guidelines, without notice.

4. Reviews are opinions

Reviews on this site are the opinions of the members who wrote them, not statements of fact by ReviewPlace, and we do not endorse them. We are not liable for decisions you make based on them.

5. Business listings and claims

Claiming a listing lets you respond to reviews and maintain your business details. It does not give you the right to have honest reviews removed, edited or reordered, and it does not affect your rating or ranking. Claims must be made by someone authorised to represent the business; fraudulent claims are reversed and the account closed.

6. Points and badges

Points, badges and titles have no monetary value, cannot be transferred or exchanged, and may be adjusted or reversed where content is removed or where we find manipulation.

7. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to disrupt the service, scrape it at scale, bypass rate limits or security measures, upload malicious files, or access accounts that are not yours.

8. Availability

We provide the site "as is" and do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may change or discontinue features at any time.

9. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability arising from your use of the site is limited to the amount you have paid us, which for a free account is nil. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on the site. Continuing to use ReviewPlace after a change means you accept the updated terms.
